About
The Skidmore RAP is managed by the Prescott National Forest. Boaters should follow Prairie Lane south for one mile off Highway 260 outside of Cottonwood. Turn right on East Mesa Drive, then right again at Skidmore Drive. The parking area is to the right at the end of Skidmore. Boaters will then need to follow the trail approximately 150 yards to the river’s edge from the parking area to put in.
