Verde River Greenway State Natural Area

The Verde River Greenway State Natural Area is a linear park along the Verde River, encompassing a number of parcels along the River in the communities of Clarkdale, Cottonwood and Camp Verde. It comprises approximately 600 acres, and was established to protect the riparian corridor and habitat along the river. While this map only identifies a specific point, recreationists should review full maps showing where the Verde River Greenway begins and ends since there are many private property parcels along the river. Boaters are asked to respect private property rights along the Verde River.
